Shipping / Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We charge a flat shipping rate of $6. All orders totaling over $100, ship for free.  After receiving your order, we will begin to process it.  Processing usually takes 3 to 4 days. Orders will be shipped by the USPS and usually take 1 to 4 business days. Priority mail is available at checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are placed. If you choose to add to your order within 24 hours, please email us at Bygraceclothingsales@gmail.com and you will only be charged once for shipping. We only ship within the United States, we are sorry if this creates an inconvenience. 

If for some reason your package is lost in shipping , please contact the United States Postal System.  We are NOT responsible for lost packages. 

Return Policy

At By Grace Clothing Co., we want to you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for some reason your  item is not as expected, please follow these guidelines to insure a proper return and store credit.

We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY.  We must receive your item within 14 days of the date you received it.  If we receive your item after 14 days, you WILL NOT be issued a store credit. You are responsible for return shipping costs. USPS, UPS, and FedEx are all viable options for returns. 

All tags must be attached to the garmets in order to get in store credit.

Please allow 5 to 7 days for your return to be processed.  After processing your return, we will email your store credit to you.

Sale items are a Final Sale.  Leggings, bodysuits, and jewelry cannot be returned because of hygiene issues. Any item that appears to be worn, stained, has apparent pet hair,  or smells of any kind of odor, will not be issued a store credit. This decision will be made by our staff.

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping them, but if you would receive a damaged item, email us at  Bygraceclothingco@gmail.com along with  a picture of the damaged item. We must receive the email and picture within three days of your receiving it, or you will not be issued a store credit .
